Atlantic Lithium has appointed Andrew Michael Wa as an Alternate Director of the company, effective immediately.
Mr Wa has been appointed as an Alternate Director for Kieran Daly, according to the company’s announcement accompanying its 2026 financial results.
Atlantic Lithium said Mr Wa, aged 49, currently serves as a director of Assore International Holdings Ltd.
His past directorships within the last five years include AMW Consultancy Services Ltd and Low & Bonar UK Limited.
The company said Mr Wa does not currently hold any shares in Atlantic Lithium and that there are no other disclosures required under Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
An Appendix 3X, relating to Mr Wa’s initial director’s interest notice, will also be lodged in accordance with the Australian Securities Exchange Listing Rules.
The appointment comes as Atlantic Lithium advances preparations for the proposed takeover of the company by Zhejiang Huayou Cobalt Co., Limited and continues development work on its Ewoyaa Lithium Project in Ghana.
