
COVID-19: 15 more fatalities take Ghana’s death toll to 533
At least 718 new coronavirus cases have been confirmed by the Ghana Health Service (GHS) pushing the country’s active cases to 8,216 .
The death toll hits 533 after 15 additional fatalities were recorded across the country, an update on the GHS COVID-19 dashboard reveals.
As at 10 February 2021, Ghana’s total confirmed cases stand at 75,836.
Health officials have recorded 67,087 recoveries. So far, 101 persons are in severe situation while 33 remain critical, according to GHS.
Cases detected at the Kotoka International Airport (KIA) are 1,172 with 945 recoveries.
