Ghana Airports Company Limited (GACL) has officially terminated its Revenue Assurance Audit Agreement with Evatex Logistics Limited, citing contractual provisions that allow either party to end the arrangement without cause.
In a letter dated 28th July 2025 and addressed to Evans Adusei, Chief Executive Officer of Evatex Logistics, GACL stated that the agreement—initially executed on 4th December 2024—will be considered terminated effective 27th August 2025.
“Management would wish to bring to your notice its intention to terminate the Agreement without cause, pursuant to the termination clause… by providing the other party a one month’s prior written notice of its decision to terminate,” the letter read.
Signed by GACL Managing Director, Mrs. Yvonne Nana Afriyie Opare, the notice instructed Evatex Logistics to demobilize and vacate the premises of Kotoka International Airport on or before the stated effective date.
“You are therefore required to use this notice period to demobilize and leave the premises of Kotoka International Airport on or before the 27th of August 2025,” the letter emphasized.
GACL also expressed appreciation for Evatex’s role in the revenue assurance audit process and extended well wishes for their future endeavors.
The letter was copied to the Group Executives of Commercial Services, Finance, and the Director of Legal Services at GACL.
