For a Training center in Mozambique, you are in charge but not only of:
Administrate & manage Learning Management System (LMS),
Implement LMS processes, and manage the LMS Design & roadmap,
Maintains the learning management system,
Lead and deliver training courses, Monitor & track learner progress.
Desired Expertise and Skills:
Engineer graduated within 10 years’ experience and minimum 5 years in LMS administration
Good understanding of adult learning principles
Ability to investigate, analyze and solve complex problems/issues
Good communication & Interpersonal Skills
Familiar with industrial activities, Knowledge of LNG projects and Oil & Gas multi-national Operator will be a plus
English Mandatory, Portuguese will be a plus.
