PETROSOL Platinum Energy PLC has reaffirmed its commitment to sustainable growth, stronger corporate governance and strategic partnerships as the energy company positions itself for its next phase of corporate development.
The company made the commitment during a courtesy call by Multimedia Group Limited’s Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Ken Ansah.
The engagement focused on PETROSOL’s transition into a Public Limited Company (PLC), its capital-market ambitions and the role of strategic communication in supporting the company’s growth.
PETROSOL Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Michael Bozumbil, said the transition to a PLC represented more than a change in the company’s legal status, stressing the need for stronger governance, transparency and accountability.

“Becoming a PLC is not merely a change in our corporate legal status. It represents a new culture and a new level of responsibility, requiring stronger governance, greater transparency, and a much higher level of accountability,” he said.
Mr. Bozumbil also described PETROSOL’s relationship with Multimedia Group as a professional partnership that has supported the company at different stages of its development.
Mr. Ansah, in response, stressed the importance of understanding the specific needs and strategic objectives of businesses in providing effective support and communication services.
“Every organization has its own story, its own ambitions, and its own strategic requirements. Our responsibility is, therefore, to understand those needs and provide the right support,” he said.
The engagement ended with both parties reaffirming their focus on professionalism, credibility and strategic communication as PETROSOL advances its growth and capital-market ambitions.
