Hujak Mining has engaged the traditional leadership of Akwadum in the Eastern Region as part of preparations for its upcoming mining operations, reaffirming its commitment to community engagement and sustainable development.
The company’s management paid a courtesy visit to the King of Akwadum for discussions on the planned mining activities and to gather the views of the host community.
The engagement provided an opportunity for both parties to discuss the company’s operational plans, listen to community concerns and perspectives, and explore initiatives that could contribute to the socio-economic development of Akwadum.
The Hujak Mining delegation was led by the Managing Director, Mr. Hubert Kyei-Mensah, and the Director, Dr. Jones Agyei Kumi, together with other members of the company’s team.
