Ghana has been placed in Group L of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, following the official tournament draw held on Thursday.
The Black Stars will face a challenging group that includes European heavyweights England, 2018 finalists Croatia, and CONCACAF side Panama.
The draw sets the stage for a highly competitive group campaign, as Ghana aims to advance from the first-ever 48-team World Cup format. England and Croatia bring strong international pedigree, while Panama returns to the global stage seeking to make an impact.
Ghana will be making its fifth appearance at the World Cup, with hopes of replicating or surpassing its historic 2010 quarterfinal run.
