The Ghana National Chamber of Commerce & Industry (GNCCI) has reaffirmed its commitment to deepening collaboration with government as it paid a courtesy call on the Minister for Trade, Agribusiness and Industry, Elizabeth Ofosu-Adjare, on Thursday, July 24, 2025.
The meeting focused on bolstering local manufacturing activities and amplifying support for Made-in-Ghana products. Both parties emphasized the importance of building a resilient industrial base driven by homegrown innovation, sustainable production, and private sector-led growth.
Ofosu-Adjare expressed her strong commitment to the private sector, reiterating her role as an advocate for industrial development and inclusive trade. She acknowledged the pivotal role of the Chamber in representing the business community and pledged to continue engaging with stakeholders to address pressing challenges in a timely manner.

The GNCCI commended the Minister for her accessibility and active engagement with industry players. The Chamber also pledged to work more closely with the Ministry to promote trade facilitation, improve the business environment, and strengthen Ghana’s competitiveness on both regional and global markets.
