Interplast Ltd has been recognised as the winner in the manufacturing of mining inputs category at the 11th Ghana Mining Industry Awards (GMIA) for its exceptional contribution to Ghana’s mining value chain.
The awards, organised by the Ghana Chamber of Mines and held under the theme “Celebrating Excellence in Mining: Creating Value Beyond Minerals,” honoured companies demonstrating innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence in the sector.
Interplast Ltd stood out for its consistent delivery of high-quality mining products that enhance efficiency, safety, and productivity across mining operations in Ghana.
Its performance in the manufacturing category surpassed that of other notable companies, including Carmeuse Lime Products Ghana Ltd (first runner-up) and RIEPCO Engineering and Manufacturing Impex Ltd (second runner-up).
The GMIA 2025 also celebrated achievements across other categories, including safety, innovation, environmental stewardship, gender inclusion, and community development, showcasing companies that are driving responsible and transformative mining practices in Ghana.
