Felix Romark, a sports analyst has said the coach of the Black Stars Otto Addo has failed to live up to expectations in the lead up to 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
His comments comes after the team lost 3-0 to Brazil and subsequently winning 1-0 against Nicaragua on Tuesday in their friendlies.
Speaking to sit-in host of the Asaase Breakfast Show on Wednesday(28 September) , Romark said Otto Addo must make way for a more experienced coach.
“The truth of the matter is that preparation for this particular World Cup hasnt been great, …because the World Cup has been shifted from the usual time.
“But then again a lot of teams will come not prepared so the few friendly games , you try as much as possible to make good use of it, If you ask me how we can improve? the first person I will say is lets sack coach Otto Addo and bring in someone ho is experienced.”
“I think that in their mood of happiness , they made some statement that they( President Akufo-Addo, FA President Kurt Okraku shouldn’t have made) ,” he said.
